Myofascial Release (MFR) uses gentle, sustained pressure to release fascial restrictions, relieving pain and restoring function. By applying slow pressure, the therapist can bypass the body's defenses, allowing deep tissue work without oils or creams, helping to elongate and rehydrate the fascia. This helps relieve pain and restore range of motion.

For people with persistent chronic pain that has been around for years or you are from out of town you should consider a JumpStart. Buying a bundle that is to be used over 2-3 days followed by weekly appointments. In the Myofascial world we call this a mini intensive. When a client is not getting the results they want in a few appointments a week we suggest traveling to Sedona, Arizona or Malvern, Pennsylvania to the John F. Barnes centers to have an intensive which is 3 hours a day Monday to Friday for 2-4 or more weeks. But now with the my JumpStart offer you don't need to travel and can get a taste of what multiple treatments can do for you. The cancellation policy is different for the JumpStart. One weeks notice of cancelation is needed for a full refund. Payment is required upon booking.
